Your crusts always look amazing! I just did an apple pie over the weekend, and my (GF) recipe didn't call for any xanthan gum. The crust held together well when the pie was cold, but when we reheated it, it crumbled. Do you think simply adding some xanthan gum would have prevented this issue?
